Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as coffee or food items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns or questions about your specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement product is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
